Balance-Based Flow for the Equinox with Trish
Celebrate the arrival of spring and embrace the harmonious energies of the equinox in this special yoga class focused on balance. As nature finds equilibrium between light and dark, join us on the mat to explore the theme of balance within ourselves, cultivating harmony in body, mind, and spirit.
Led by Trish, this class invites participants to honor the changing seasons and tap into the rejuvenating energy of spring. You'll flow through a series of balancing poses that challenge stability, coordination, and focus, exploring the metaphorical significance of balance as a reflection of life's constant fluctuations, finding presence and equanimity amidst change. You'll connect with the elemental energies of spring—growth, renewal, and transformation.
This class is suitable for practitioners of all levels.
